Simply Register online as a Broadcast Media Customer, load your broadcast lists and you can broadcast simultaneously to your contacts recipients.
Fax Broadcasts
- All delivery rates are Per Page Per Recipient so budgeting is easy.
- Instant Success Reports advise you by e-mail of the success of each broadcast.
- You also have the option to Resend-Busy fax numbers for a second round of delivery attempts.
- There are NO CHARGES for any UNSUCCESSFUL DELIVERIES as shown in all reports.
- You can access EDIT BROADCAST MEDIA at any time to make list changes, upload/download your lists.
- Check Your History of all broadcasts and use your Page Credits for future broadcasts.
- Your fax broadcast lists can be as large as you like.
- Schedule your broadcasts for a particular day and time, or send immediately.
- Each broadcast cost is calculated by: total fax numbers x rate per page x pages submitted.
- All Invoices, Statements and Success Reports are detailed under your secure User ID/Password.
SMS Broadcasts
- Charges are for messages sent.
- Email notifications are sent confirming SMS broadcast commencement.
- Email notifications are sent confirming the success of a broadcast.
- Schedule your broadcasts for a particular day and time, or send immediately.
- Each broadcast cost is calculated by based on the number of messages submitted.
- Monthly account records are stored online for your convenience.
Email Broadcasts
- Email can be sent in HTML or text or both as a multipart document.
- An HTML editor is supplied to help produce professional looking documents.
- Charges are for messages sent.
- Email notifications are sent confirming broadcast commencement.
- Email notifications are sent confirming the success of a broadcast.
