With over 19% of the population experiencing a disability and 22% speaking first languages other than English, strategies to ensure information accessibility are becoming increasingly important.

Edit Media ensures website and document usability and accessibility for customers with disabilities, living in rural areas and others with particular information access requirements. Our aim is to ensure that the widest possible audience can access your information, including print and online.

We can make your website and pdf files accessible to people who are visually impaired. We can organise the converting of printed material to studio-quality audio digital material to be supplied on tape, CD or converted to an audio file which can be incorporated into a website.

We can also transfer your document into a Braille format, offer a large print version or convert it to Easy or Plain English where the vocabulary is simplified, sentences shortened, jargon removed and key thoughts stated in point form, where possible, for user friendliness.
